Chico Business Video Production - North Rim CrossFit - Run Circles Around Your Former Self

We love when we get to use our filmmaking to tell a business story like this! North Rim CrossFit is hands down the best CrossFit gym in Chico. CrossFit, if you haven't already heard of already, is many things to many people. It's a competitive sport, a fitness regimen, a communal lifestyle of fitness enthusiasts. The workouts are intense and quick, you feel like you're going to die at times but nothing beats the feeling of finishing a workout! Chelsey and I have been going to North Rim Crossfit here in Chico for the past few months and have been talking with the owner Ryan for quite some time about making them a film! We're proud to finally show you this video it seems we've been talking about and working on for so long!

We've been doing a ton of these business promotional films lately and we have so many that close to being completed, yet still waiting for those last minute touches. It's been hard to keep them all secret...we promise we'll share more of these Chico local business promotional films soon!

Chico Video Production - Dr. Lou Diaz - Chico Unite Series

This past week we had the privilege of producing a film with my own dad! Over the last year, Neighborhood church has been bringing influential teachers from the Chico community in to speak to the congregation. Working their way up through Church history, Neighborhood has brought in pastors and priests from a variety of Christian denominations. It is so easy to get caught up in your own way and forget that we're all really on the same team. In an effort to better unify the greater Church of Chico, Neighborhood has been honoring these pastors and priests who love Jesus and love the city of Chico. One way Neighborhood has been honoring these individuals is providing them with an "intro" video of sorts, to introduce them before they go on stage to speak. The hopes is that these men can use these short yet powerful films on their websites or in their future ministry. Neighborhood doesn't have an official name for this series (that I know of), so I'm calling it The Chico Unite Series.

At TréCreative we LOVE telling people's stories. It is so fun to meet someone and try to capture who they are through the lenses of our cameras. Whether it's photography or videography, we want this storytelling needs to always be our focus. This past week we had the honor of interviewing my own father about his life and ministry. What a blessing it was to sit down and hear his heart about why he does what he does.

Chico California Videography - Boards on Nord - NordBoards.com

​Before wedding videography and photography season goes into full swing I've had the pleasure of creating weekly promotional videos for Boards on Nord, aka NordBoards.com, one of the leading online longboard and skateboard retailers. Below are some of the short promotional videos we have made for their YouTube channel. The top one is my favorite for sure! Oscar and I had a blast taking out the short Penny board and getting creative with it. I even did a little vintage-inspired color grade to add to the retro feel of the film. The films are super short and we don't have much time to film them, so it's crucial we plan ahead to get the shots we need to accurately show off the product. I'm taking a break from these weekly reviews in lieu of wedding videography and photography season going into full swing starting in June! Keep an eye out for Kevin&Katie's full film coming later this week!!!
